About
FesTa began when Cake (vocalist and founder) teamed up with
friends who shared a passion for music to form a school band in 2011.
They started performing at various local events while also recording
several demo tracks. Over time, the band went through several
lineup changes until Pokpak (drums, joined in 2020) and Jay (guitar,
joined in 2022) became the core members of the group.
The band draws on alternative music, blending post-hardcore, post-
rock, shoegaze, emo, and electronic. This combination gives their
sound a sense of intensity and atmosphere — powerful yet
immersive. Their lyrics often reflect personal experiences, like diary
entries, capturing moments and emotions from everyday life. As a
result, FesTa’s music is rich in diversity and emotional depth.
